How quick are the turnaround times on editing?
All clients are guaranteed to have their work returned within 24 hours. Our projects are completed based on the order we receive them. People who purchase the option to move their post to the front of the line will have their post edited first.
How do the payments work?
All transactions will be completed through Paypal. Just click on the Submit Post Now button on the main page. You will be asked to enter your email address and your post. The wordcount of your post will be automatically calculated, determining what you will be charged. The full payment is required before the project will be edited.
How do I track my post with the ID number?
After submitting your post, you will be assigned an ID number. Do not lose this number. In the event that you do not receive confirmation or your post within 24 hours, please email support@quickpostedit.com, referencing your ID number.
What about refunds?
There are no refunds once the payment is completed unless your post is not returned within 24 hours.
What do you edit?
We specialize in editing blog posts and other content intended for Web pages. If you have another type of project which needs editing, we will be happy to consider it.
Will I be charged more for longer posts?
A standard blog post is 500 words or less. If your post is 500 words or less, you will be charged $2. After that, $1 is added for increments of 500 words. For example, 501-1,000 words is $3, and 1001-1,500 words is $4.
How and where do I send my project, and what should I include?
Click on the Submit Your Post button. This will prompt you to give us your email address, submit your post, and make your payment.
